BULGARIA SIGNS ARMISTICE
BRITAIN AND SOVIET REPRESENTED (8.0. W.) RUGBY, Oct. 28. An armistice between the Allies and Bulgaria wds signed to-day. according to an announcement by the Moscow radio. The signatories were Marshal Tolbukhin and the representative for the Mediterranean High r Command (General Sir James Gammel) for the Allies, and four Bulgarian Ministers, the Foreign Minister (Stangoff), the Ministers without portfolio (Terpisheff and Metkoff), and the Minister of Finance (Styanoff).
