TRANSFER OF SECTIONS
LAND SALES COMMITTEE’S DECISION
The transfer of 14 sections in a new subdivision in Fendalton has been approved by the Christchurch Urban Land Sales Committee, provided the sale price is reduced In each case. The applications had previously come before the committee, when C. W. Rudkin, L. Rudkin, and H. Lee sought to transfer the sections at £2lO each. The Crown valuation ranged from £l4O to £l6O. After inspection, the committee fixed the price of a corner section at £2OO. another at £195, and the other sections at £l9O each.
