Officers were elected as follows at the annual meeting of the Shamrock-United Amateur Athletic Club;—patron,••Mr J. E. Jones; president. Mr C. Sanderson; vicepresidents, Messrs P. Donaldson, M. Francis. A. Roach. G. Barker. J. McGee, J. Hartigan, K. Johnston, R. Fuller. R. B. Bunt, F. T. H. Bell, and W. Bowen; club captain, Mr B. Bowen; deputy-club captain, Mr E. Taylor; sec-retary-treasurer, Miss E. Bowen; committee, Misses J Gleeson, E. Niven, Messrs A Laffey. P. J. Wilson, M. T. McSaveney. and John Hickland; delegate to Canterbury Athletic Centre. Mr C. Sanderson; delegate to Sports Protection Association, Mr B. Bowen: auditor, Mr J. Hartigan. It was decided to enter a team for the business girls’ sports.
