UNDEFENDED PETITIONS
Frederick Rawson (Mr M. J. Gjesson) was the petitioner in an undefended 01 vorce suit before Mr Justice Northcrorv In the Supreme Court in Chnstchurcn yesterday when he was awarded a Decree nisi because of the adultery of n» wife, Melba Rawson, of Christchurcn, with Hugh Busbridge, barman, of w« lington. Costs on the lower scale were granted against the co-respondent. Geraldine Roma White was ordered va return to her husband. Alfred Josepn White, salesman, of Christchurch, wltnm 21 days and render him conjugal rlgnis. Mr A. W. Brown aopeared for the peulioner, and Mr A. C. Brassington ■ represented the respondent. . . Desertion was the basis of the petition of Sarah Alice Fellow (Mr A. W. kav) for the dissolution of her marriage with Albert Ernest Fellow, storeman, or Christchurch, to whom she was marnea on April 9, 1038. The respondent, sne stated, had deserted her without cause on August 8, 1941, and they had npx lived together since. A decree nisi. w be made absolute after three months, was pronounced.
