■- ■ ♦ ISSUE OF NEW SERIES The present series of ration books will expire on October 29. Arrangements are now well in hand for issuing the new series of books, and it is expected that they will be available from rationing officers during the three weeks preceding the expiry date. Food coupons in the present book are invalid after October 29, after the issue of the new ration books. Present clothing coupons may still be used after that date. Clothing coupons in the new ration books cannot be used before December 1.
