The resignation of the Rev. W. Merlin Davies, who for the last four years has been chaplain of Canterbury University College, was received with regret at the recent annual general meeting of the Canterbury College branch of the Student Christian Movement. Mr Davies, who is leaving for England to take up work in the Bristol Diocese, was presented with a travelling rug by college members of the Student Christian Movement,
