. ♦ DECREES NISI GRANTED Divorce suits were dealt with by Mr ; Justice Northcroft in the Supreme Court yesterday. 1 A decree nisi to be made absolute In three months was granted to Pauline 1 Mary Massetti, who had secured an order from the Supreme Court in Dunedin for restitution of conjugal rights by> her hus- ! band, Frank Noel Massetti, hotelkeeper, ; of Dunedin. The respondent, according to the petitioner, had failed to return to her 1 as directed. Mr W. R. Lasceiles appeared 1 for the petitioner, and Mr E. S. Bowie : for the respondent. Mr Lasceiles for Edward Borlck, a labourer (a naturalised Jugoslav), asked : that the petition of his wife, Thyrza Frances Borick, on the ground of desertion, should be struck out. and a decree | nisi be awarded to the respondent (Bor- ■ ick). After hearing the latter’s evidence : the Court agreed to that course.
