INJURY TO BIG TOE
WATERSIDER’S CLAIM FOR COMPENSATION
The effect upon a waterside worker’s future earning capacity of an accident in which his left big toe was dislocated and the arch of his foot crushed by the fall of two bales of wool, was argued in the Compensation Court before Mr Justice Finlay yesterday, when the waterside worker claimed such compensation as the Court might think fit to award. Plaintiff was Kernel Owen Williams (Mr T. A. Gresson) and defendant was the Shaw Savill and Albion Company. Ltd. (Mr K. W. Walton). Decision was reserved.
