MORE SEATS ON COUNCIL AND BOARDS NEW CANDIDATE WINS MAYORALTY (P.A.) DUNEDIN, May 28. In the Dunedin mayoral contest, Mr D. C. Cameron (Citizens' Association) ?as elected, defeating Dr. D. G. McMillan (Labour) by 15,859 votes to §M, a majority of 690. For the 12 seats on the City Council. «x Citizens' and six Labour candidates were returned Three sitting Members, all sponsored by the Citizens' Association, lost their seats and were by three Labour nominees. On the Otago Hospital Board, Labour will have five representatives compared with three previously, and °n the Otago Harbour Board its representation will be increased from two w three.
