This is a new journalistic venture which is described as the world’s first trans-ocean newspaper. It will not be for public sale, butj 3000 copies will be distributed to Government officials, editors, and columnists. * The_ “Daily Mail's” New York representative has explained that the purpose of the publication is to contribute to Anglo-American relations.
