“Tarzan” believes that when a Magistrate has definite evidence that a dog is dangerous he should order it to be “painlessly destroyed.” Having in mind “aged men bereft of wives and homes,” after lives of usefulness, “Humanity” thinks that the endowment of a War Memorial Home should be considered.
