CROSS COUNTRY RUNNING
TEAMS COMPETE AT ASHBURTON Teams of harriers from the Presbyterian Bible Class Clubs at Timaru and Christchurch held a run over a crosscountry bourse of about seven miles at Ashburton on Saturday. Results:— Senior.—J. Whitta (Christchurch) 1. C. Gordon (Chch.) 2. R. Williams (Timaru) 3, E. Green (Timaru) 4. Junior—D. Dallison (Ashburton) 1, T. Myers (Timaru) 2. J. Smith (Timaru) 3. W. Schraeder (Timaru) 4. Colts—Aldridge 1. Cross 2, Ramsay 3. all being from Timaru. The harriers were the guests of the Ashburton Bible Classes.
