MATCH AT MAADI (N.Z.E.F. Official News Service) JERUSALEM, June 10. The pick of Base cricket was seen in Maadi when live 4th Brigade beat the Rest of Maadi Camp. Tindill contributed 33 of Maadi’s 103 Consistent bowling by Purcell, who took four wickets for 16 runs, and Kenny, three for 41. kept the batsmen quiet. Tindill being the only one daring to open out. Because of the fine stand by Burgess, 'vho scored 39. the Brigade had no trouble in passing the camp's total for the loss of five wickets.
