Ciochetto, who is in close touch with E.P.S. headquarters, and will also be able to represent in Wellington the other two commissioners (who are retiring to part-time duties), will, in the meantime, it is understood, continue to act on a full-time basis. It is. understood, however, that the services of his associate will be dispensed With.
