BANKRUPTS DISCHARGED

Orders for their discharge in bankruptcv were m&de by his Honour Mr Justice Northcrott. in the Supreme Court yesterday, in favour of James Bryce, a trainer of Hornby (Mr A. S. Nicholls), and Claude John Mortimer, a fruiterer, of Christchurch (Mr G. T. Weston). Mortimer appeared to have been affected by misfortune, and had done nothing to require the withholding of the prder, said his Honour, in granting the order.
