PLAN FOR SERVICE IN SOUTH PACIFIC (Rec. 1.15 a.m.) CANBERRA, Nov. 23. , The Ministerial support on which Mr Curtin can count in his proposal to extend the scope of Australian militia service to the r >iith-\vest Pacific became overwhelming as soon as Ministers who did not belong to the War Cabinet were informed of the military facts, of which they were previously unaware. On y two Ministers do not support the proposal, which was discussed at to-day’s meeting of the Federal Cabinet.
