ALLIED COMMANDERS IN FAR EAST
PRISONERS OF WAR IN FORMOSA LONDON, Nov. 20. The Tokyo official radio has announced that the British commander in Malaya (Lieutenant-General A. E. Percival), the United States commander in the Philippines (LieutenantGeneral J. M.
