“GREAT DIFFICULTY BEING EXPERIENCED” (P.A.) AUCKLAND. November 18. "Great difficulty is being experienced in handling the season’s wool,” said Mr Frank Binney, chairman of the Auckland Woolbrokers’ Association, to-day. He forecast an extension of the period over which appraisements would have to be spread, and said that not only were sheeplarmers having trouble in securing labour for shearing, but brokers were also up against labour problems. Before the second Auckland appraisal, the transport of wool into the stores had to be stopped to give the brokers respite.
