(0.R.) ASHBURTON, August 14. In the inter-district, primary schools’ Rugby football teams' annual competition, completed at Ashburton to-day. Canterbury won the senior grade and Ashburton won the junior grade, Ashburton's win being the first in five years. The points were as follows:—Senior: Canterbury 2 wins, South Canterbury 1.
