JUNIOR CIRCLE OF MUSIC TEACHERS
ELECTION OF OFFICERS The following officers were elected at the third annual meeting of the junior circle of the Society of Registered Music Teachers at Christchurch on Saturday evening:—Patron, Miss B. Hannam; president, Miss B. Pollard; chairman, Mr K. Newson; secretary, Miss J. Sorrell; treasurer, Miss P. Mander; committee, Misses J. Cook, E. Craighead, Messrs J. Horan, T. Hutton. A balance of £ls 6s lid was shown in the financial statement. During the evening a pianoforte rqcital was given by Mr Lloyd Powell, examiner for the Royal Schools of Music.
