CASCADE-WESTPORT COAL (P.A.) WELLINGTON, November 3. The Stock Exchange Association has been advised by the Caacade-Westport Coal Company that at the annual meeting a final dividend of 3J per cent., making 74 per cent, for the year, was declared, payable on November 8. PENINSULA COMPANY Mr W. W. Williams presided at the annual meeting of the Peninsula Saleyards Company, when there was a fair attendance of shareholders. The annual report said that yard fees and rents amounted to £216 7s lOd, and that there had been a reduction in cattle yarded (3058, compared with 4116 last year). The cash balance at the end of the year was £74 11s 2d, and showed £77 had been expended on the yards■ The’ report and , balance-sheet .were adopted. V The two retiring director* (Messrs C.
