SANATORIUM SERVICE SOCIETY
At a meeting of the Sanatorium Service Society held last night at the home of Mr and Mrs H. A. Ypung, Cashmere, the president, Mr F. H. Harris, presided, and welcomed to the meeting, Sister A. Watt, acting-matron at the sanatorium. . It was decided' t6, •write to Miss Bites, matron of the Fresh Air Home, and Miss; R. Jull, teacher at the home, congratulating them on the great success of the-sale of work recently held in aid of patriotic funds.
The sum of £ls was voted for gifts for patients who will be at the sanatorium st Christmas, and a sub-com-mittee of women-members was appointed to buy the presents: - Dona-' tions received- since last meeting included “Anonymous," £5; Mrs J.Cra-, croft Wilson £2, Mr J. Close £i. Dr. I. C. Maclntyre £1 Is.
