* MEASURE TAKEN IN INDIA (Received September 30, 1.30, a.m.) LONDON, September 29. An official communique issued in Peshawar states: “Although the world crisis so far has presented no threat to the frontiers of India, the Government of India in accordance with its policy of taking precautions to deal with any emergency, has ordered the preparation of plans for an evacuation or dispersal of all classes of the general public from threatened areas.”
