NORTH CANTERBURY CHAMPIONSHIPS SENIOR TROPHY WON BY I. B. CROMB I. B. Cromb won the senior championship in the North Canterbury amateur golf championship tournament at the waitikiri course in the week-end, his aggregate for two rounds being 154. A. R. Blank and L. A. Watson were next with 161, Blank being declared runner-up and Watson taking morning and afternoon medal match trophies. In the senior championship scores were: Cromb 80, 74—154; Blank 80, 81—161; Watson 81, 80—161; J. W. Jackson 82, 84—166; D. L. Woon 83, 83—166. The bogey handicap played on Saturday resulted:—E. C.
