CHARGES AGAINST TERRITORIALS
FINES FOR FAILURE TO ATTEND PARADES (P A.) AUCKLAND. September 26. Five territorial soldiers were charged In the Police Court with failing to attend training parades of their units. The charges were the first to be heard In Auckland under the recent regulations- making attendance compulsory •nd providing for penalties up to £25 JP imprisonment for three months, Fines ranging from £1 to £5 were imposed.
