[By WHIM-WHAM.] “I hope the progress made to-merrow will facilitate all sorts of positions.”—The Prime Minister (the Rt. Hon. P. Fraser), replying to questions about the General Election in the House of Representatives. In regard to the Matter in Question (In the Light of existing Conditions) The Prospects are brighter concerning All Sorts of Positions. Oh, Everything points to the Fact that The Question of proper Provision In Respect to the Matter I speak of Will shortly come up for Decision! Now, seen in its proper Perspective, And based on a suitable Basis, This Question is clear, that is, settled, Except for exceptional Cases For which it is hoped, in the Future, Appropriate Steps will be taken— No Problem remaining outstanding, Nor Confidence shaken! All Measures concerning this Matter Are under Review, in Connexion With further Proposals relating To a General Election. Oh, let no Unpleasantness militate Against our Success, no Suspicions Intrude, when we hope to facilitate All Sorts of Positions!
