ACTION AGAINST OBJECTORS
RETURNED MEN’S ATTITUDE (P-A.) HASTINGS, Sept. 25. The quarterly reunion of the Hastings Returned Soldiers’ Association passed the following resolution, to be forwarded to headquarters:— “That this meeting of returned soldiers of I astings strongly supports the Dominion executive in its endeavour to have conscientious objectors and defaulters dealt with in a manner fair to the men overseas and this'country generally."
