“WILL NOT ENTER THE WAR”
BULGARIAN MINISTER’S STATEMENT LONDON, September 24. The Bulgarian Minister for the Interior (M. Gabrovsky) told foreign correspondents that Bulgaria does not intend to enter the war against the Soviet or break off relations.
