Rental Cars
The elimination of the rental car hire, system, to help to conserve petrol supplies, was suggested' by Mr M. B. He said that until recently, up to 70 gallons of petrol had been allowed for rental cars, while business people'were .allowed only 20, 10„ or even five gallons. Road services in general could be curtailed considerably, said Mr F. Chittock. ■
