BLACKBALL MINE OUTPUT
$ STEADY RISE REPORTED (F.0.0.R.) GREYMOUTH, August 6. Since the State Mines Department took over the Blackball mine, production at the mine has risen steadily, and last week on three occasions the 200 tons for a day mark was reached When-the mine was controlled .by. the company, there was difficulty in the last few months in reaching a total of 100 tons for the day.
