~ « , LONDON, June 20. Lord and Lady Willingdon handed to Their Majesties at Buckingham Palace, the New Zealand centenary gifts from the Maoris. The gifts were originally given to Lord and Lady Willingdon. When the New Zealand presents were shipped to England the vessel was sunk but the presents were salvaged. . ' '. . , , The ‘'King received an inkstand carved and ornamented with shells. The Queen’s present included a carved wooden stand supporting a piece of kauri gum.
