The Minister for Public Works (the Hon. H. T. Armstrong) will return to Wellington by to-night’s steamer express. : The Minister for Labour (the Hon. P. C. Webb) was yesterday engaged on departmental business and, with the Hon. H. T. Armstrong, addressed the Christchurch Labour Representation Committee last night. He will return to Wellington to-night.
