SOLDIER ON SERVICE CALLED. IN THE BALLOT
Sir,—-I was annoyed when I read the, list of names of men called in the ballot for overseas service t0,,, vee my eldest son’s name in the t. May I inform you that my sorr 'volunteered , six months ago, and, is'now away on active service; ha did not wait .to be conscripted. My second son also volunteered, was jfn camp, but was, finally rejected. As* my sons are, well, known I take «*as a stigma upon them Yams,etc., ' , H. W. BURLEIGH. May 7, 1941,
