JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES IN AUSTRALIA
PREMISES RAIDED BY POLICE
SYDNEY, January 18. After the organisation Jehovah’s Witnesses had been declared unlawful in a special Gazette issued about 18 hours after the announcement of the ban, Federal and State police raided premises in a number of places in the Commonwealth and seized quantities of literature and equipment.
