iPEESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, September 20. The Minister for Finance (the Hon. W. Nash) announced to-day that in-terest-free loans and donations had reached a total of £2,573,721. The latest amounts acknowledged include
those from two anonymous persons from Dunedin, each of whom has given £ISOO for the duration and six months.
