ITALIAN SHIPS SCUTTLED
(Received July 31, 11 p.m.) TRIESTE. July 31. The Lloyd Triestlno Shipping Line announced that the crews of the Italian steamers Timavo (7549 tons) and Sistiana (5827 tons) scuttled their ships near the African coast to avoid their capture by British warships. The crews are in concentration camps.
