TUESDAY ; (Before Mr E. C. Lewey. S.M.) CREDIT BY FRAUD William Albert Gaines was charged with obtaining credit of 5s by fraud ’ from William Findlater Mclntosh. Detective-Sergeant J. McClung said': that Gaines had gone to a petrol star l tion and asked for Mclntosh, and was-: told that he was away. Gaines then" obtained two gallons of petrol, stating: that he had authority from Mclntosh to have it charged.
