DISCHARGE OF GUN ALLEGED
• ♦ MAN CHARGED WITH INTENT TO DO BODILY HARM (press Association telegram.) TAURANGA, July 30. At the Magistrate’s Court this morning, Andrew Ferguson appeared before Mr W. T, Teasey, J.P.. and Mr C. Whiting, J.P., charged with discharging .a double-barrelled shotgun at Charles Thomas Mabey with intent to do grievous bodily harm, also with presenting a firearm at Mabey. ’ Ferguson was remanded till Friday.
