PRECAUTION BY SWEDEN
GUARDING IRON ORE FIELDS (Received April 21, 9" p.m.) LONDON, April 20. A message from Stockholm states that all foreigners except Finns have been ordered to leave Norrbotten, Sweden's northern-most province, where the iron ore fields are situated. The province is being placed under military control. Iron ore trains are arriving regularly ■ at Lulea, but the harbour is not expected to be free of ice' for three weeks.
