HERR FOERSTER IN BERLIN
LONDON, August 31. Reuter’s Berlin ' correspondent says that Herr Foerster, who was created head of the Danzig State, is reported to have arrived in Berlin. The purpose of the visit -is not disclosed. A “Daily Telegraph” message from Berlin say,; that reports are current that Herr Foerster signed a formal treaty with Herr Hitler in the presence of the commanders of the German military forces.
