Magdalene • Rachel Smith to a valuation of £l9Bo';pn a; property in the, same district, tbe-Court sustained the ' valuations. . Lyall Robert Bcdwer and Kathleen. Valerie Bowbyes objected to the valuation of £1725 on a property at 67 Weston road. The valuation was sustained.

An objection was brought by Weston, Ward, and'LasceUes. solicitors, to the special valuation fenr death duties of a property at 42 St. Andrew’s square owned by John Alexander Holmes, deceased. The capital value of the property was fixed at £1435, the unimproved value being £279, and the value of the improvements £1165. The Court decided to reduce the capital valuation to £1350,- with the unimproved value at £3OO and the value of the improvements at £IOSO.
