GOVERNMENT OF HYDERABAD
■ ♦ RESTRICTED DEMOCRATIC RIGHTS DECREE ISSUED BY NIZAM (Received July 20, 7.10 p.m.) BOMBAY. July 19. The Nizam of Hyderabad has issued a decree granting religious and political rights to a single chamber of representatives elected by the people to replace the executive council. A permanent committee of Hindus and Moslems is created to advise the Government on questions of religious freedom.
