AUSTRALIANS PLAY IN CLUB TOURNEY CRAWFORD AND QUIST WIN PRELIMINARY ROUNDS BOSTON. July 19 At the Longwood Cricket Club tennis tourney, J. H. Crawford beat Doeg, 6-2, 5- 7-5; and HK. Qulst beat A. Dee, 6-1, 6Doeg’s steady stream of chop shots troubled Crawford in the second set. After being down 1-4 he rallied to tie at 4-4, but a break came in his service in the twelfth. Quist never gave a chance to Dee, who Is a Stanford University star. Quist has eliminated his hop on service, thus
