Luxford, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court to-day, ordered that depositions be taken, when Leslie Murray, aged 39, a labourer, was charged with the theft at Grassy Camp, Nelson, on Decemtiar 8. 1929, of £l3, the property of the New Zealand Workers’ Union. Murray was also charged with tha, theft on or about November 30 in the same year of £25, the property of the union. Murray pleaded guilty and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
