Six new members were initiated at a special meeting of the. Sbirley-Rich-mond branch of the Women’s Christian Temperance Union held at the home of Mrs Straw, «
Mrs Wood presided and Mrs Hall gave a talk on the work and aims of the union. During the social hour, solos were sung by Mrs Rawson, and a competition was won by Mrs Hammett.
