BUDAPEST, December 23. The Anti-Semitic Bill, which has been circulated, permits deprivation of citizenship acquired later than 1914; separate Jewish elections; no', more than 6 per cent, representation in the Lower House, but exclusion from the Senate; the I 1111 1" tation of Jews in professions to 6 per cent., and in commerce to 12 per cent., and also total exclusion from journalism.
