Sir Herbert Marler, Canadian Minister in Washington, and Dr. G. H. Stevenson, superintendent of the Ontario Hospital at London, Ontario, are being sued for 300,000 dollars damages by Leonard Marler, son of Sir Herbert, for alleged wrongful detention in the hospital from February 17 till September 20, 1938.
