HUNGARIAN GOVERNMENT BLAMED
(UWniD PRESS 4.SSOCIATIOK—COPTBIOHT.) (Received December 21, 10 p.m.) BRATISLAVA, December 20. A mixed Slovak and Hungarian commission met at Slanek to fix the responsibility for the frontier fighting yesterday.
It is officially stated in Slovak quarters that the Hungarian Government was behind the „ outbreak and for that reason no further negotiations over the frontier demarcation would be pursued until peace was guaranteed. Officials declared that Slovakia was quite capable of defending herself militarily.
