ATTEMPT ON WATER SPEED RECORD
SIR MALCOLM CAMPBELL TWICE UNSUCCESSFUL GENEVA, August 10. Sir Malcolm Campbell, - in his speed-boat Bluebird, twice unsuccessfully attempted to lower his record of 125.87 miles an hour. He averaged 122.46 miles an hour. With a new engine of an extra 200 horse-power, he will make a fresh attempt on the record ©n. Friday.
