♦ SELECT COMMITTEE TO SIT IN RECESS (BRITISH OFFICIAL WIRELESS.) RUGBY, July 27. The House of Commons approved without a division a resolution providing for a Select Committee on the Official Secrets Act with leave to sit notwithstanding the adjournment of the House. The committee is to make its first report during the recess, not later than October 18.
